We strive to make our products among the highest quality you will find. To ensure that you have the maximum satisfaction from the merchandise, please read and understand our Purchasing Policies listed below.

 

GENERAL POLICIES

 

All purchases must be made in US FUNDS only. We cannot accept foreign currencies at this time.

 

Your product is unconditionally guaranteed to work correctly. Our media products are tested regularly for quality controls. We believe that they will give you many hours of enjoyment when cared for, stored, and used properly.

 

Products that are damaged or not working correctly will be replaced. Unless product is specifically damaged in transit or is non-functional, it is not eligible for return. Product guarantees not valid on clearance items.

 

TO REPLACE A PRODUCT:

Provide the product information: name of product, format, date of purchase, etc.  

 

 

•We cannot accept returns for product that was damaged by the purchaser/owner of the product. Only damage that occurred during the original shipment to you qualifies as "replaceable" damage. All damaged product will be REPLACED with identical product. Exchanges, refunds, or credits are not given.

REPLACEMENT OF INCORRECT ITEMS

If we accidentally ship incorrect merchandise, please let us know WITHIN 30 DAYS of the package's arrival. We will immediately correct the error and arrange for the return of the incorrect merchandise that you received.

 

SHIPPING

We ship using  the United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible, but there are times when product is out of stock or backordered. If you provide an email address during the ordering process, we will communicate with you and inform you of this situation if it applies to your order. Most orders are delivered to customers within 2 weeks of the date of ordering.
